Project Overview:
The Bashtil Station Mall is located within the Upper Egypt Railway Station in Giza, strategically positioned to connect major transportation hubs and serve a high volume of daily passengers. The mall spans approximately 23,000 sqm and consists of three floors with around 161 retail units, in addition to restaurants and service outlets. Operating in a high-traffic environment, the facility requires reliable and efficient systems to support continuous operations and ensure a seamless experience for visitors and tenants.
The scope of work includes the delivery of integrated maintenance services covering all critical facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. This also involves preventive and periodic maintenance, as well as emergency response and troubleshooting, to ensure uninterrupted operation and optimal system performance in line with the highest operational and safety standards.
