Maintenance Services
This project represents a strategic partnership between Musandah Assets Management and the Healthcare Authority to deliver comprehensive operation and maintenance services for hospitals across Egypt under the Universal Health Insurance system. The partnership supports a network of healthcare facilities that provide integrated medical services on a 24/7 basis, requiring a high level of reliability, efficiency, and continuous operational performance in line with the highest medical and engineering standards.
As part of this collaboration, Musandah has been awarded hospitals in Suez and Port Said, with further expansion planned across additional governorates. Within this framework, Musandah is responsible for the full operation and maintenance of all critical facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and medical support systems. The scope also covers preventive maintenance programs, emergency response, fault detection and management, and day-to-day facility operations.
Given the critical nature of healthcare services, the project is directly linked to public health and patient safety. It requires strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain a stable, secure, and efficient operating environment. Through this partnership, both parties aim to support uninterrupted healthcare delivery while continuously improving service quality and expanding operations to meet the growing demands of the national healthcare system.
